Mold Testing
Mold Testing Is Available With or Without a Full Home Inspection!
If you're worried about mold presence, contamination, or the overall quality of the air inside your home, our inspectors have received IAC2 certification (from the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants).
We provide mold identification testing with Ph. D.-level analysis and interpretation on every report. This will help you identify any potential hazards in your property.
Our mold testing services are supported by Priority Lab's mold test guarantee. This means that all tests come with a "mold-safe policy." If the results show acceptable levels and you find mold within the policy period after moving in, we will cover the cost of remediation up to $3000.

Sewer Scope Inspection
Sewer scope inspections are available with or without a full home inspection.
A sewer scope is an important part of a thorough home inspection. Issues with the main sewer line can cost thousand of dollars to repair or replace and often requires digging deep trenches through the yard, sidewalk, and street.
